1. Institutional Confidentiality
Mertius ("The Firm") acknowledges that current and prospective Counterparties provides The Firm with confidential, proprietary information ("Client Data"). The Firm agrees to hold all Client Data in strict confidence and to take all reasonable precautions to protect such Client Data.
2. Data Encryption Standards
All transmission of trade intent, volume indication, and capital deployment signals is encrypted using AES-256 GCM standards. We do not sell, rent, or monetize order flow data ("Payment for Order Flow") to third-party market makers.
3. Non-Public Personal Information (NPI)
In accordance with Regulation S-P, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
